Audit Manager

Managers with approximately 5+ years of auditing experience who can direct a team and act as a true "advisor" to his/her clients.  Experience may include working on SEC clients, public offerings, due diligence for M&As, operational reviews and risk management strategy as well as review/oversight of the financial audit work.  Position requires:

• BS/MS in Accounting

• CPA license

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work well independently in an entrepreneurial and creative environment.
