David specializes in finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, SEC filings, IPO's, international operations, venture capital, forecasting, and banking relationships.  He has over 20 years of experience with both national and international corporations and has served in various industries including oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing, airline services, mining, telecommunication, technology, mortgage banking, software development, healthcare and distribution.

Jeffrey V. Houston, CPA Shareholder

Jeff has over 20 years experience serving in both the public and private accounting sectors.  He has a specialized background focused in the oil and gas, manufacturing, and real estate industries where he has acted in senior executive roles to help the companies he has worked for expand through capital funding, strategic alliances, and merger and acquisitions.

Nelson M. Haight, CPA Shareholder

Nelson is a financial executive with over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, forecasting, cash management, capital planning, SEC reporting, and internal financial controls. In addition, he has experience in the oil and gas, biotech, and financial services industries with both national and international corporations.

John A. Lehman, CPA Shareholder

John has over 15 years of experience in from both the public and private accounting sectors. He has worked with and served both large and small companies focused in the oil and gas exploration and production, manufacturing, and service industries.

Shaun T. Benesch, CPA, CA Manager

Shaun has more than 10 years experience in the public and private accounting sectors. He has served clients in the energy, manufacturing, technology, real estate, construction, entertainment, health care, waste management, food service, government and not-for-profit industries. Shaun has extensive transactional experience in mergers and acquisitions, which he gained in management roles with Marathon Oil Company. His knowledge of auditing, accounting and internal controls help our clients compete in a global economy. Shaun is a Certified Public Accountant (Texas) and a Chartered Accountant (Canada). He has worked on assignments in Russia, West Africa and Canada.

Eric Barnes, CPA Manager

Eric has over 10 years experience in the public accounting in both audit and tax areas. He has served clients in the energy, manufacturing, and technology industries. Eric's knowledge of auditing, accounting, and taxes helps our clients with periodic reporting requirements, registration statements and acquisitions.

Jason Liu, CPA Manager

Jason has several years of audit experience. He has worked with and served both large and small companies in the United States and Asia. Jason is fluent in English and Mandarin. He earned his MBA degree from University of Houston. Jason is a licensed CPA in Texas, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
