GBH ANNOUNCES NELSON HAIGHT
JOINING FIRM AS SHAREHOLDER

HOUSTON, TEXAS, DECEMBER 1, 2008 –– GBH CPAs, PC announced today that Nelson Haight, CPA has joined the firm as a shareholder. Nelson will operate as an SEC audit partner.

Jeff Houston, Shareholder stated, “Nelson brings substantial prior experience to our team. He has worked with and served both very large and very small companies. We are pleased to add Nelson to our growing firm. We continue to seek experienced staff to meet the needs of our niche – audits of small public and private companies.”

Nelson began his career as an audit manager at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he was responsible for planning and supervising the annual financial audits of various public and private companies, including the review and drafting of diverse SEC documents. Nelson has held key positions in the private sector, including regional chief financial officer at USI Southwest, a diversified insurance and financial services firm, controller at Isolagen Technologies, Inc., a development stage biotechnology company, director of capital planning and budgeting at PGS Americas, Inc., a Norwegian oil field services company, and controller at Copano Field Services, LLC, a midstream oil and gas company. Nelson has been an audit partner focused on small public companies since July 2007.
