GBH ANNOUNCES REGISTRATION WITH
CANADIAN PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY BOARD

HOUSTON, TEXAS, JANUARY 26, 2009 — GBH CPAs, PC announced today that the firm has registered with the Canadian Public Accountability Board (“CPAB”) and our firm has been added to CPAB’s list of participating audit firms on their website, www.cpab-ccrc.ca. The CPAB was established in 2003 to inspect accounting firms that audit public companies in Canada.

David Grossman, Shareholder, stated, “We are pleased to obtain the registration with the CPAB. This registration allows us to audit the financial statements for companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange. The companies listed on these exchanges are predominantly oil and gas and mining companies and our firm has significant experience with these industries.”
