GBH ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF
ERIC BARNES TO AUDIT MANAGER

HOUSTON, TEXAS, JANUARY 6, 2010 –– GBH CPAs, PC announced Eric Barnes has been promoted to Audit Manager.

David Grossman, Shareholder, stated, "Eric's new role as Audit Manager recognizes his more than 10 years of experience serving as an accounting professional and commitment to assisting a variety of clients in the energy, manufacturing, technology and retail merchandising industries. Eric's knowledge of auditing, accounting, and taxes helps our clients with periodic reporting requirements, registration statements and acquisitions."

Prior to joining GBH in 2007, Mr. Barnes was a senior auditor and
senior accountant providing audit and tax services with two local public accounting firms. He earned a bachelors degree in accounting from Sam Houston State University. Eric is a licensed CPA in Texas, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
