GBH ANNOUNCES RELOCATION TO NEW OFFICE

HOUSTON, TEXAS, May 25, 2010 –– GBH CPAs, PC announced that the firm will move into its new offices at 6002 Rogerdale Road in Houston, Texas effective June 1, 2010.

David Grossman, Shareholder, stated, "We are pleased to lease the office space at One Oak Park. This new lease enables us to continue our growth. Our new building is in the Westchase area. Many of our employees live on the west or northwest side of Houston. So this move makes the commute much easier for our employees. Our office at 24 Greenway will close at 4:00 pm on Thursday, May 27 so that we can move over Memorial Day weekend. We will be fully operational on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 in our new space."
