GBH ANNOUNCES JASON LIU
JOINS FIRM AS AUDIT MANAGER

HOUSTON, TEXAS, JUNE 1, 2010 –– GBH CPAs, PC announced today that Jason Liu, CPA has joined the firm as an Audit Manager to serve SEC audit clients.

Jeff Houston, Shareholder, stated, "Jason brings significant prior public accounting experience to our team. He has worked with and served both large and small companies in the United States and Asia. We are pleased to add Jason to our growing firm. Prior to joining GBH, Jason was an audit manager and a senior auditor with two public accounting firms. Jason is fluent in English and Mandarin. He earned his MBA degree from University of Houston. Jason is a licensed CPA in Texas, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
